Surprisingly you can change the listing info. Within 24 hrs left of an
auction you opt out of GSP. I am peeved off and can I just call eBay and
have them refund me the shipping charges? I feel scammed!
I just paid out my butt for these fees on two items that state combined
shipping! How do I go about getting that shipping refunded to me?!
That's $44 that I didn't have to pay when the seller said combined
