Buying camera in Korea and shipping it to Canada - Any duties or taxes?

I am interested in buying a camera from Korea and shipping it to Toronto. The value is approx $700 CAD. Do you know if I will need to pay HST (13%) and Duties? I assume this will be charged by Canada Post upon delivery. Thanks
