won a ebay auction but when I went to pay post came up stating seller is
not accepting payment right nowand to contact seller for payment what
does this mean?? is seller a dead beat?
States seller not accepting PayPal payment at this time asked him about
a money order said he does not accept them ,says problem with setting up
pay palaccount but I think the seller is a fraud
