I have a question..what is eBay's policy about buyers or sellers
threatening to leave a negative feedback before any type of resolution
can be taken? For example, "fix the problem within 24 hours, or I will
leave a negative." I thought it was against...

I would like to see the Fraud issue also addressed, and also better
