I just got the message. Being in Quebec, paying almost 15% is not fair
(when you see other province at 5%). I have to now factor this in my
prices. For someone who is a "casual seller" this is a lot to take in on
top of PayPal fee, Final value fee, F...
It say "down for maintenance" when I try to track something. I also
wanted to complete my profile for my Small business acount, but that
part is in maintenance too.
