My recent purchase shows a shipping and handling charge from the seller
and then another shipping and handling charge from the GPS program. Is
this normal. How do we know that all the GST PST charges are being
remitted to the Canadian Revenue agency....
Plenty of emails from the Global Shipping program but unfortunately
little useful information. What good is a tracking number if you do not
know the destination carrier? There are two tracking numbers but they do
not register with FedEx, UPS or Canad...
