I need to close a case in the 'Resolution Center'. They sent a
replacement for an item I did not receive. I received it yesterday. Good
communication seller. I don't know how to close the case. Thank you.
I posted in the member section, and no answer was offered. I find the
site difficult to navigate, so many steps. Just finding the Resolution
Center was an issue. I finally tried 'my account' and found it. Clarity
would be much appreciated.Thank you.
