Told on item I sold today I'm still subject to 21-day waiting period.
Despite 100%, 10 year eBay history. Mixed up CSR help. Terrible to
expect something one day and having that money withheld for almost a
month.
I understand the policy and I don't take the rules personally. My
objection was that I was told one thing on one day and cleared and the
next day told another. That is unprofessional and left me vulnerable.
It's the CSR experience I was addressing.
