I sell a product with the exclusive rights to Canada on Ebay but others are selling it on Ebay, also

I have an exclusivity agreement for sales within Canada with the US manufacturer for a Class I medical device. There are others, based in the US, that sell this product line on ebay.ca.How do I get this stopped or restricted?
