Ebay put my case on hold and said they would send me an email with
documentation but I didn't get the email yet? All I got was a "Feedback
about customer" service email.. How long does it take to get that email
if anyone may know?
Yeah the case got resolved, the seller never got back to me about the
item so eBay gave me the refund and told me to keep the defective unit
unless the seller contacts me about it.
