We ship 60 items a week on average, around 20% of them with Canada post
(inc. tracking). If I am correct we lost no more then 5 packages with
Canadapost since the beginning of the year.
not necessary, you can't just return the item because you don't want it
anymore but if something is wrong with the item that wasn't described in
the listing than you can open a claim and get your money back, inc.
