Why do I receive a 'PAGE NOT FOUND' notice when I click to open a recent message to me?

I have been trying for the last 15 minutes to access a recent message sent to me by an eBay seller and every time I click to have themessage displayed I get a Page Not Found notice from eBay.What's going on AND how can the problem get resolved?
