Is there any remedy from eBay when you tried to use a $10 eBay coupon
but the Seller didn't invoice the Buyer before the coupon's expiry date?
After all, the problem is not Buyer's fault and the coupon is not the
Seller's doing.
I knew the expiry date in advance and tried to close the deal two days
before that. The seller had not listed a shipping price to Canada, and I
was waiting for him to respond to my request for one.
