eBay

I am tired of paying Ebay $7.76CAD everytime just to get a shipping label for very small and flat items. Is there a way of lowering the cost? Personally, I think the current price is outrageous.

Is it possible to mail/ship something (example : a flat pokemon card) in an enveloppe to a buyer (via Canada Post or some other shipping service) ?Also, if it's not possible, why is that so? I know it's possible on ebay.com but is it possible on ebay...
