Bad news, Krysta. The file I sent you DOES open and work properly in my
PSP9. I don't know what to tell you. I guess just to check and make sure
that you have directed PSP9 to look in the folder you have placed the
file.
It's ~12:30 here and, yes, I'm a night person. I have 4 kids and this is
