Received ebay item not meant for me

Hi all. Got an item I did not order from Pitney Bowes which is always the path takenby a US purchase going to Canada.There is an LPKEN sticker in the back.Any suggestions?

That is the thing, I am not expecting anything from the US at this time... So I have no item to raise an issue with... Hmmm...
