Same here. Ebay said this is a billing issue not a credit card issue.
But I find it hard to believe that Ebay, after cutting its growth
projections recently wouldn't make it a priority to collect their
revenues. Something fishy going on!
You don't have any problems going across the border with a large number
of items. Don't they ask you if you have anything to declare. What do
