I made a purchase that came to $133 and theimport fees were $72 CAD. The
order was cancelled and the seller refunded the 133. The import fees
have not been refunded. No one from eBay to Paypal will tell me why or
how I can get this reversed. HELP
I paid 78 dollars in shipping and import on a 126 dollar item. The order
was cancelled with the seller, and very quickly I might add. However,
the 78 dollars was not yet refunded! And I can't get anyone to tell me
why!!!
