As a abuyer, why do we have to pay for returned shipping on an item that was misrepresented in auction?

Hello, I purchase hockey cards, and when I began my daily search yesterday and today the filter for hockey and all other sports are gone and all that comes up is the category "sports trading cards". What is going on??
