I have a bunch of compact discs to sell, and they are all sealed.It is
very difficult and vague to figure out the country of origin on them
.Does anyone know if that is the correct country of manufacture when
it’s listed on the sleeve?
I just received a buy it now payment from a buyer with a zero rating .I
have been burned before:1) ship item with tracking2) buyer sends a claim
in that item doesn't work etc3) PayPal refunds their money and I get
back a different item or the same it...
I’m thinking that the last step in the manufacturing must be the
“country of origin” because each step in the mfg process has to account
for the previous importing/tarrif
It is not illegal to go across the border to ship stuff you sold on
ebay. But there may or may not be some red tape (paperwork) involved
depending on the item, the value and the border agent. My biggest
