I noticed for all the listings I view, the area where you click to ask a question of the seller about an item has been removed. Why?

I was looking in the old location of "Ask a Question," where "Save this Seller" and "See Other Items" is. Thanks for the reply, Pierre. Thanks for telling me where "Ask a Question" has been relocated to. I can see it now. Jim
