I discovered this product, dense tattoo coverage, Dermacol, and ordered it from a Chinese vendor. I later did research, and found out that many fakes were being sold on eBay. The description and pictures of the product I purchased looked exactly like the authentic item: same name, box, tube and numbers for shades( 07, 08 etc.,) But when I scrolled down further, I noticed that the manufacturer and country of manufacture (China) were not authentic. Can I report this seller? It can be very dangerous to apply cheap copycat makeup to your skin. It could contain lead and other nasty ingredients. eBay should disallow these items to be sold via their platform.

Where is the real product made?
I'm assuming that the product you bought from a Chinese seller is authentic and you are satisfied with it?
The Report button is on the right side of the listing, under the Contact box and above the Description. You should mention VeRO, which is a Brand Protection program run by eBay and many manufacturers.
If you believe your purchase is counterfeit, open an Item Not As Described Dispute at the bottom of this page. The seller will be required to send you return shipping, if he wants it back, and in any case to refund you.
If he doesn't he gets a Defect on his account, which among other penalties can close it.
You can leave feedback, but that is not used by eBay to assess seller accounts. It may warn the occasional buyer who actually reads feedback. Not many do.
Your best action is to contact the Dermacol company and report your findings. Give the eBay listing numbers which are below the Report Item link.
The company has more skin in the game (yes, I know) and also more lawyers.
