Hi so my package shipping stopped updating after custom clearance . Canada post label created but canada post said they haven't received it or wasnt handed to them yet I have no idea what's happening but ebay is saying to wait until February 15th to dispute

Tracking is for the benefit of the Seller.
The whole GSP is a seller protection program.
Your seller is not responsible for delivery after the parcel is accepted by the GSP in Kentucky.
GSP is very good about Disputes over damage or late delivery, according to posts on the Boards. Claims for Not As Described are usually met with a refund and no demand that the "damaged" item be returned. Seems open to scams, but Pitney Bowes/GSP doesn't seem to worry about that. I guess they figure the tiny number of disputes and the even tinier number of scam disputes are just a cost of doing business.
If the purchase was supposed to arrive before February 13 (today) you can open a Not Received dispute in the Resolution Centre.
If the delivery window has not yet closed, just mark that date on your calendar and relax.
