And as @marnotom! says, if you have any working tracking number the parcel is on its way to you.
EBay gave you an estimated window for delivery. Don't even think about it until the last date has passed.
Then you can open an Item Not Received dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page. (And tell the dispute that this was a GSP shipment, so it is handled by the GSP specialists.)
