I ordered a USB-C hub from a seller in China. It's been 12 days and the tracking hasn't update since dispatch.

Should I wait longer or contact the seller?

What's the average delivery time for such items?

Thanks for the reply! The estimated delivery was between Jun 20 and June 27, but it's already past that and still no updates. It was supposed to be shipped via Standard International
