The posters on this board are sellers and buyers like yourself so we do not have info about your purchase. You should contact your seller as it's unlikely that they will see your message here.   You can do through your purchase history.

 Did you pay for the bags?
Those should be bulky enough that the seller would need to use a parcel s ervice and most of those are tracked.

Were you given a tracking number?
What date did eBay give you for arrival?

The tracking is a Seller Protection, but it normally would assure you that at least your purchase has been shipped.
