I contacted the seller because I was suppose to receive 10 pcs instead of 2. They offered to reship or partial refund. I agreed with the refund but they said the could only refund 50% which does not make sense since I should get back 80%. I told them that but they said they would only refund if I don't leave a negative feedback which I agreed to. Then they said okay they will give me a refund if that was alright with me and I said yes. This has been going on 5 days and then they sent me a message if I told them my PayPal account. Shouldn't it be linked to the transaction? It seems like they are trying to prolong this. It is frustrating and I don't know what to do.
