Question about protection for buyer and ebay don't call back.....

Hello i speak freach I leave from québec I have send my information about and item i have buying and the item was cheated i have send my phone nummber and my email to email 3 at 5 time and ebay don't take communication with me .Where is ebay the people can't phone me at québec and don't have a comme back and honesty I don't know with this situation if i whant again to buy any item if it's impossible to have a service to communique with me .I would like to know if I ham the only one that I can't have any awser about service on ebay in french with phone number and email no response.it is possible to have a phone number to communicate with service in french beacause this is horrible to have answer of a tracking when you have any problem in french.Anybody can help me........

If you can explain to us what happened someone here might be able to help you.  In most cases it is not necessary to speak with ebay in order to get buyer protection as it usually all can be done online. There are a couple of French speakers who post on these boards so if you are more comfortable writing in French, someone should be able to translate for those of us who speak just English.
