Look up the item by name you want and there will be an option at the top "Save this Search".
You can then check back with "Saved Searches" from drop down menu and see anything that might qualify.
On the app if you go to "Saved Searches" there is a button you can turn on "New results only" and it should let you know when something new is listed. On my phone I hear the harp sound.
