I purchased a tool from a seller in Quebec, Canada on ebay.ca. Ships World Wide. I live in BC, Canada. When I try to check out I get this message "Invalid Postal Code - Can not ship to address - Buyer can not complete payment - Update your shipping address and try again." I request an invoice and select to send a copy to myself, neither the buyer or seller recieve the invoice request. I can only contact the seller through ebay messages. I phoned ebay, they checked all my settings and said the problem is not at my end and I need to check with the seller. I have asked the seller to contact ebay. Ebay won't contact the seller. I now have an item sitting in the cart for over 3 weeks now, constantly reminding me to pay. We are both in Canada, how can this be so difficult for ebay to resolve?
The only way a Canadian seller can Block shipping to Canada is if his listing was not on eBay Canada.
Did you find the item and seller here on dotCA or were you on the parent site dotCOM?
We have to sell on the site where the item was originally listed, but can Block any other destination.
