about 6 washburn guitars weren't allowed to cross US/CA border.

I have purchased about 6 washburn guitars in as many weeks.

My purchase price including shipping has been completely refunded

and the entire transaction cancelled with only the explanation that

the item was not allowed to cross the border into Canada. 

I ask for a more complete explanation so that I may act more 

informed in the future. Neil.

Oh, that hurts.

Guitars are on the restricted list due to often being constructed of rare (and now prohibited) wood from endangered trees.

They are a very very tricky import by mail if you use a program that examines the contents of your order as does the Global Shipping Program.
