seller shipped to wrong address

i bought a laptop and it finally shipped on the last day it was supposed to be delivered but i put the tracking number on fedex and it is going to a completely different country. the seller is saying to contact ebay since they handle shipping but i don't see the option to report that i didn't recieve the item anymore. what can i do?

Well I am in Canada and Ascendia handled my shipment to the US / Canada border but no idea where the OP is located so kinda of hard to determine what is going on. The shipment should show the overall final destination after the eIS hub processes the order.

There have been a few reports on the discussion boards of eIS-forwarded items going to Germany before going to Canada, presumably because the carrier didn’t have enough volume to justify a more direct shipment from the US to Canada at the time and waiting for more Canada-bound items would have delayed the item’s transit.
