Request for invoice doesn’t work anymore?

Hi guys I used to be able to get my shipping to canada changed from GSP to whatever shipping I wanted and sellers had no issues with the system to do it through my “request for invoice”. I haven’t bought much on ebay in the past 2 months and today is the first time I want to use this feature. It looks like they changed it and the message the seller get is slightly different. Also it appears they can’t change it anymore through my request... anybody has experienced that too? Did Ebay remove that option?

usually a USA seller, has to manually go into the listing, and uncheck the gsp option.. they can't do it after the sale..

Hi no it used to work like until last month. I had lots of purchases edited post sale through the request for invoice function. However today it seems like they changed some coding and now it doesn’t let them do that anymore
