i recently made an ebay authenticated purchase but the selller is unresponsive and it seems like they wont end up shipping. Will ebay authentication not receiving it help me get my refund or how should i approach getting my refund asap?

No.  You still have to wait until the day after the last estimated delivery date to file an item not received claim.

Lack of communication and no tracking in itself isn't proof that the item hasn't been shipped.  I realize that it can be frustrating to have to wait but unless the seller suddenly becomes no longer registered, there is not much that you can do.

Are you saying that the seller has not added a tracking number to the invoice showing that it has been sent to the Authentication Centre?

Sellers do have a few days grace on that, not even counting holidays .

June 19th was Juneteenth and June 12th was Memorial Day (I think) in the USA. And the post office doesn't accept parcels on Sundays.

What is the last estimated date for delivery?
