when you commit to purchase an item you agree with the shipping costs. You could contact the seller and ask for a partial refund. The only thing I think you can do it leave a low dsr for the shipping cost.

I purchased for $140 with shipping of $64.02 and import at $21.97 at time of checkout, then it shows $23 going to the seller and $41.02 shipping and 21.97 import going to a third party ???? on my $140 item now costs me $225.99..
Why am I and EVERY other ebay member paying through the azz for shipping that is already payed for, I work in a legal firm and will see today if this is right or if ebay needs to suck up these costs as we are being forced into shipping this way.
