alot of repeat buyers from other Countries that I want to allow to still
purchase from me. How do I do this but still have listings to ship to

Hello, I recently closed a case because the person never paid. Now she
would like me to send another invoice and possibly retract the closed

I am having the same problem, all my international buyers are having a
hard time as well. Many HAVE TO PAY for each item and I can not combine
there order. I even had a customer say to me that they would not be back
if it makes her pay for each item ...
when you commit to purchase an item you agree with the shipping costs.
You could contact the seller and ask for a partial refund. The only
thing I think you can do it leave a low dsr for the shipping cost.
