How do you allow buyers from a Country you do not ship to?

Hi, I recently changed my worldwide shipping to USA and Canada, I have alot of repeat buyers from other Countries that I want to allow to still purchase from me.  How do I do this but still have listings to ship to Canada and USA only?  Thanks

You need to create a Exemption List, you will need to log on here is how:

This exemption list will allow your repeat buyers to bid on your listings while excluding everyone else.
