Hi.
First time for me a buyer wants to return an item. It was a a necklace that feels uncomfortable on her and it’s too small. All proper measurements were in the listing and , no refunds was also posted.
What would you do? What should I do and say? Any scam I should be on the lookout for ? item was a gold necklace for $525.00 .
Before proceeding you may want to check any available feedback left or received by the buyer for clues. If it were me, I would make sure to have it returned with a secure service that includes the proper insurance. Also, if customs is involved, to have the customs documents marked as Canadian goods returning to seller to save having to deal with paying any duties and taxes on the return. If they reference the original shipment...Bonus!!! Good luck!!!
