Hi.
First time for me a buyer wants to return an item. It was a a necklace that feels uncomfortable on her and it’s too small. All proper measurements were in the listing and , no refunds was also posted.
What would you do? What should I do and say? Any scam I should be on the lookout for ? item was a gold necklace for $525.00 .
This is a straightforward Buyer Remorse case and as such she is responsible for tracked return shipping.
You might want to suggest that she opt for Signature Confirmation ($1.50 from Canada Post) to assure her that the necklace is not just dropped on your porch, although eBay does not require it at this level of value.
