Can I transfer my store from .ca to .com

Okay...I am TRS on .com and of course because my store is on .ca my listings won't show that I am TRS.

 I know I will have to pay fees in U.S. currency. But I might get more sales if buyers prefer TRS sellers.

Is it possible to transfer and how can it be done.

Nothing to do with where your store is based.

Top Rated Seller (TRS) does not get a badge on eBay.com

That's strange because I have seen the TRS badges on listings on both .ca and .com. I am TRS on .com and qualify for the badge. eBAY sent me the message a couple of months ago and said I get the badge. I already get my discount.
