I am getting an error message for all of my orders: "Sorry, we were not able to generate the label. Please make sure the parcel size is within allowed limits, and both addresses are correct."
I have purchased hundreds of Canada Post labels for domestic and international addresses, but this is the first time I couldn't print or purchase a label.
I tried around midnight on September 9 and 9 hours after midnight as well.
Anyone else having this issue?
All my orders are either 30-40 grams and the package size is 18cmx12cmx2cm. I am selecting the Canada Post Tracking Packet for USA and the Expedited lite option for domestic shipping.
Just to confirm, you are clicking on the accept/agree conditions down at the bottom? To my eyes everything else seems okay.

We had the error for the first year or so. Dozens of calls to ebay and of course they are useless. I ended up finding out by accident that ebay omitted our province from our ship from address. They messed it up sometime since 2012 (when we moved to our current address). Changed it back to having a province instead of just blank and it fixed it right away. Very common for americans to just ignore province names.
Once had an item arrive from usa and the province was spelled "Monatabu". It made it because the postal code was correct.
Looking at this closer, it may be your package weight. Make sure the weight at the top matches the package weight down below in the customs form.
The package weight should always weigh more than the item(s) total unit weight. Unfortunately if it is a multiple eBay's form wants the total. It's unable to do the normal extrapolation like you would see with a courier similar to fedex etc.
Going by the screenshot it may be the missing HS codes causing the problem. Someone may have turned on mandatory with eBay labels. With Shippo left blank you couldn't complete the label.
@lotzofuniquegoodies Ideally yes, but I've had issues before where it wouldn't let me buy the label if they didn't match. It's at least worth a shot.
I didn't do any up on the 9th but did several over the few days prior. I see the message come up for several reasons; as lotz mentions make sure the agree to terms button is clicked is the most common. Also I've sometimes seen kilograms showing instead of grams (and changed that); I've also tried to just change one number slightly and hit tab (or return) and for some reason it corrects itself.
Lastly sometimes the default automatically changes it to USPS and you have to hit the Canada Post button on the top. Hopefully it was just a temporary glitch.
I had no issues tonight. I have had problems with that error in the past trying to create a label to PR though. eBay seems to consider them a country and Canada Post (at least for the purposes of tracked packet USA) considers them a State/Territory. You can edit most of an address in eBay, but you can't edit the country.
