Can`t setup my new account for selling.

Good day,

I have registered new account on ebay Canada. I bought some items, but I cant list anything. After completing list, ebay asks me to confirm my number and there is a button "call me now". After I push it appears - "We're having a problem displaying this page."  I think I was confirming my number when I registered account and there was no problem,

Also I can find following info in my sellers account : Some of your information is not available at this time. Please try again later.
Your account has not been created
Your eBay account has not been activated yet. Accounts are not accessible until an actual debit or credit has first been posted to the account, even though you may have already filled out our account creation form. This message confirms to you that you have no credit or debit balance at this time.

Can please someone help me to complete registration and be able to list items? I am from abroad.

You should register on your home site, not on eBay Canada.

You will for one thing be using the postal system where you live to ship and only Flat Rate shipping here on the Canadian site will be available as an option.

Then you can list on any site in the world, including eBay Canada.

You may also have some success by closing down your computer entirely (not just restart) giving it a rest, then clearing cookies and trying to list again.

Or you may find a different browser works better with eBay than the one you are using. I found Safari was very clunky, but Firefox is just fine. And others have reported the opposite.

I think it depends on which tribe of gnomes are resident in your machine.
