Checking account.

Hi just recently sold my first item ever on eBay.ca and for the life of me I can’t seem to add a chequing account that they will except!!! Any thoughts?

There seem to have been a lot of problems with Tangerine.

And I had some difficulty putting two different eBay accounts on Simplii. One worked and but I had to use an older account at a different bank for the second.

There seems to be better success with B&M banks.

Personally I like Simplii because they send me paper statements because I am old and easily confused.

The Facebook crew seem to be pretty good.


The phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that mean giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.
