Does Canadian eBay have global shipping like the US? How do I get set up? Seller on eBay.com for yrs

I live in Canada and sell on eBay.com only to Canada. I want to be able to sell to both Canada and the US. Does Canada have a Global shipping program like the US has? How do I go about doing this? 

PS: I'm technologically and computer challenged so need things to be simple. It has taken me two hours just to fing this site.

You've only sold to Canadians? Wow,  that's unusual since most sales come from the US. You don't need global shipping to sell to Americans. Just add US shipping to your shipping profiles. You can get really good rates on eBay with Canada Post tracked and UPS rates are very good for larger items over 2kg.

In your shipping profile, below Domestic Shipping, is International Shipping. Choose custom location and then select the US and then add the cost/service.
