Ebay Listing Not Showing Up on Google Shopping

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but my listing on not showing up on Ebay.   I added UPC codes about 72 hours ago and it didn't help.

G. Shopping is a pay to play advertising service, eBay is not in spend mode for these sorts of activities these days. Nothing can be done about it.

Different marketplace, and a year old video. Most of the information I find on YouTube about eBay is wrong-- including the stuff from eBay.
