You bought two itemsfrom the UK which were billed together.
There was no shipping amount on the invoice.
It is likely that the seller did not have a shipping cost posted for shipping to Canada. In fact on the first listing, there is a note under shipping cost : "Seller may not ship to Canada. Contact seller for cost."
You paid the Paypal invoice before the seller could add the cost of shipping from Britain to Canada.
The seller says there is a problem with the shipping cost.
I am not familiar with the cost of postage from the UK to Canada, but a 30 gram letter costs $1.85 from Canada to the UK. What made you think a parcel would ship for less?
You called eBay on the telephone because the seller did not ship.
The seller refunded you.
The seller opened two Unpaid Item Disputes on the grounds that you had not paid.
Give the number of your PP payment in the Dispute.
Because you have paid and there was a refund the seller will lose this dispute.
You left feedback, without receiving your purchases, It was removed.
Since we cannot see removed feedback, it is likely that either it was either considered threatening or mentioned the Dispute, which is not allowed.
The seller wrote negative things to you in her emails.
The emails are private between you and the seller. Your feelings may be hurt, but there is no damage to your reputation.
And apparently this is all about a £2.70 item. Not even tempest in a teapot status.
You were wrong to bid without a firm quote on shipping.
You were wrong to pay without an invoice that included shipping.
