I am trying to enter the 'correct' HS tariff code 852349.40, but I keep getting a "not proper format" message. I have used this code before without any problem, but now it won't work????
I can only print a label without the HS code.
Also, what happened to live customer service chat??
I am deaf and don't want 'someone' to call me as that would be completely useless.

Format for ebay labels purposes should be:
####.##
####.##.##
####.##.##.##
The HS assigns specific six-digit codes for varying classifications and commodities. Countries are allowed to add longer codes to the first six digits for further classification.
From personal testing these all seem to "usually" work.

Note. Other systems may use slight variations to the above. In the past there were a couple that used dashes.
