Hi! I Cant file a damaged claim ( object was full insured) with Canada Post because i need the buyer email but i cant have it ... I ask Ebay and they said they dont give anymore buyer email information. She said ask to the buyer ? Buyer do not respond to my email and open a claim for a full refund and i have also to paid for the return... From Ebay site policy i cant ask phone number or email to buyer. This is 2 opposite ebay answers. What should i do ? Sorry for my english is not very good.
You could phone the buyer and ask them for their email address. If you go to All Orders in Sellers Hub and click on order details next to that purchase, you should be able to see the phone number there. I can still see it for items that I sent in July so it does stay there for a while.
