How do you arrange local pick up if you are not supposed to give out contact information?

I've read that if you give out contact information you are violating member to member contact policy.   If a buyer wants to pay cash and pick the item up since they live in the same area, how do you do that without giving out your phone number or address?

eBay is supposed to be supplying that contact information with the invoice the buyer gets when they purchase.

It's on the bottom of the invoices, as ydpc_dennis said.
