Someone bought an item from me on July 19th and I have not gotten a payment from them what is the most time I should be waiting for a payment?

I myself allow 7 days from EOA (End Of Auction) then send a nice remider to pay in XX days. If no responce then file UPI (Unpaid Item) dispute.
